Depends,you can be in charge of expanding our alliance if you are on another server.

one of my friend is in ur server.. he dont want to come to my sever and wants to find an alliance in urs.. he doesnt want to move to any place.. he told me to find one for his.. thats y i asked.. so is he welcome??
